Jill is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, who specializes in treating anxiety, but also works with people who are experiencing a variety of life challenges like relationship issues, work stress, family challenges, self-esteem issues and more.   She will provide you with an intuitive, holistic approach to mental wellness, utilizing a variety of different tools ranging from energy healing modalities like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  But most importantly, Jill will teach you the skills you need to know to achieve improved mental wellness.
