Jill is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of NH, who specializes in treating anxiety, but also works with people who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, like depression, addiction,  relationship issues, self-esteem and more.

Cost: between $75-$125/hr based on a sliding scale.

Jill has been trained in the Gottman Method, which focuses on developing the skills and understanding necessary for partners to maintain fondness and admiration, turn toward each other to get their needs met, and manage conflict. This method also focuses on how couples can react and repair relations when they do hurt each other.

Jill is a Reiki Master and trained EFT practitioner.  She can channel Reiki to aid in healing as well as balancing and unblocking energy in the body that causes dysfunction.  She can also teach you how you can use EFT to relieve pain, reduce emotional distress, and even to lose weight.

Cost: This service is often bundled with Counseling as a part of those services.  

Stand Alone Cost: $100/hr.

Counseling is meant to work with people who are facing issues around anxiety, depression, addiction and other mental health challenges. These challenges are serious enough to cause significant distress and impairment resulting in a clinical diagnosis. 

Coaching is meant to work with people who are merely wanting to improve their lives in some way.  This can be in the areas of career, relationships, health or general life.  Sometimes people are dissatisfied with their present life.  Others are looking to further improve their lives to optimal health and wellness.   

Energy work can be used to manage pain, reduce emotional distress, create weight loss, heal relationships, build spirituality, and increase joy among other things.  Two types of energy work that are available are Reiki and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
